Prices are communicated before work begins.

Unless otherwise stated, invoices must be paid within the payment period shown on the invoice.

For larger projects, weddings, events or productions, Amalco may require a deposit or staged payments.

Work may be paused and final deliverables may be withheld while an invoice is overdue, subject to applicable law.

Additional costs such as travel, accommodation, printing, locations, models, props, licences, external suppliers or specialised production are charged only where applicable and are communicated or agreed in advance.

For consumer debts, Belgian mandatory rules on reminders, waiting periods, interest and compensation remain applicable. In particular, Belgian rules require a first free reminder and a minimum statutory waiting period before certain late-payment charges can be imposed.

4. Monthly Subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions have a minimum commitment of three months, unless otherwise stated in the proposal.

The subscription includes only the deliverables specified in the selected plan or custom agreement.

Unused shoots, deliverables or production time do not automatically carry over to another month unless agreed in writing.

The client must provide the information, access, materials, feedback and approvals reasonably required to complete the project.

The client is responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to Amalco—including logos, photographs, music, text and other content—may legally be used for the project.

Delays in providing materials, feedback, access or approvals may result in a corresponding change to the project schedule.

The client is responsible for reviewing names, dates, addresses, prices, spelling and other factual information before approving work for publication or printing.

6. Revisions & Additional Work

The number of revision rounds included in a project is stated in the proposal or package.

A revision means a reasonable adjustment to the agreed creative direction. A new concept, substantial change of direction, additional deliverable or request outside the original scope may be treated as additional work.

Additional work will be communicated and, where appropriate, quoted before it is carried out.

7. Photography, Film & Production

Shoot duration, location, deliverables and production requirements are agreed before production.

Delivery times are estimates unless a specific deadline has been expressly guaranteed in writing.

Amalco selects the final photographs and footage to be edited and delivered unless otherwise agreed.

RAW photographs, unedited footage, project files and working files are not included by default.

Their availability and any associated fee must be agreed separately.

The final appearance of creative work may vary due to lighting, weather, venue restrictions, technical conditions and circumstances outside Amalco’s reasonable control.

8. Weddings & Events

Depending on the project, services may include photography, videography, drone coverage, invitations, wedding websites, stationery, albums and other visual elements.

The client must provide accurate information regarding dates, venues, schedules and relevant restrictions.

External suppliers may be used where agreed or reasonably required for production.

Specific cancellation, postponement and rescheduling conditions for a wedding or event should be stated in the client’s individual booking agreement.

Amalco is not responsible for independent third-party services beyond the extent required by applicable law or the specific agreement with the client.

15. Force Majeure & Circumstances Beyond Our Control

Neither party will be responsible for a failure or delay caused by circumstances reasonably outside its control, subject to mandatory law.

This may include severe weather, illness, accidents, government restrictions, venue closures, major technical failures, transport disruption or other exceptional circumstances.

Where possible, Amalco will work with the client to reschedule or find a reasonable alternative.

Amalco performs its services with reasonable professional care.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Amalco is not responsible for indirect losses or losses resulting from circumstances outside its reasonable control.
